Talk to your boss. If your boss likes you, he might even approve of the situation. I'd rather have a known quantity boinking my daughter than some biker dude or crack head. Heck, he might even think you'd be a good future son-in-law. If you do go through with it, you're going to have to make sure she's sane and that things don't go horribly wrong. So, it's a risk. All you have to do is figure out if the reward is worth it. Oh, and definately don't skip out on work to give her pleasure. You're just buying into mind games she's playing with dear old dad. You've got to be firm about your career or she'll OWN you. But outside of work, it shouldn't be a problem if you play it right. Remember, the only safe sex is solo sex... If you can't handle risk, become a monk.
If you're competent and can find another job, go for it. Take it easy because you're single and these chances don't drop on your lap often. Taking pictures always makes decisions look way better. On the off chance you hit it off, nepotism rocks.
Seems to me like you ought to take it to the boss to protect your backside. She has his ear before, during and after work. If you "reject" her there is no telling how she will take it. I think I would want to ask the boss for help to sort through an akward situation for you. He should appreciate your candor and your appreciation for the well-being of your career, the company and his daughter. It doesn't really matter if you tick her off if he approves of your motives-- unless her name is Jessica Alba....
Have you considered that if you reject her your boss might be upset that you didn't think his daughter was good enough for you?
Ain't that the truth. Here's my take: She (the boss's daughter) knows she has you by the balls, and is having a bit of fun with it. You were at a disadvantage the second you started considering it, and she knows it. She's ****ing with you man. Have fun.
