The way the Gulf War and the war in Afghanistan was fought, I don't think ground war tactics will take place and therefore casualties (on our side at least) will be extremely limited. Wasn't is true that more people died of friendly fire in the Gulf War than by Iraqi weapons??

I remember how they had the Northern Alliance simply walk over a field after the US and Allies had bombed the hell out of the Taliban and claim victory!!

Our technological superiority and weaponry will make this 'war' quick and painless. What I am more worried about, and you being on the homeland security station probably will echo these concerns, is that when we are securing the country, acts of terrorism will happen in Iraq against American Troops and Abroad by Iraqi's upset about the war.

Prayers to all the troops. My Godbrother, Ed, is amongst them. Praying for the safe return of all our troops. Praying for Saddam and sons to just LEAVE IRAQ!
