Lol. Harden's 50 point game isn't even on ESPN's main page. If it was Curry, Westbrook, Thompson, AD, KD, Lebron, they'd have it up before the game was even over. That's the reason why Harden won't win it, because of bull**** media and politics. Harden is the true mvp of this season. He's put us on his back and led us to victory time and time again.
Yep they already are. Anyone who actually watched the game would have seen Harden being ultra aggressive and the Nuggets hacking like crazy.
Irony here is that Harden's FT attempts are lower than Michael Jordan's (GOAT to many people) at this point in his career.
Harden is back to number 1 http://www.nba.com/2015/news/featur...gainst-nuggets-to-help-his-mvp-bid/index.html
thats the difference bewteen Harden and Westbrooks, Westbrooks high motor, he can keep this up, Harden just couldnt do it
Westbrook is fresh.... He missed like a billion games due to injury... Harden has been literrally run into the ground by an clueless head coach
The Harden hate is absolutely pathetic and stupid. Like I said in the game thread, look who he has playing around him right now. No consistent perimeter players besides him and no presence down low currently. He needs some freaking help and Morey has failed to get him help especially with a solid pg since he's been here. People b****ing about Harden at this point are being stupid. This damn team is a sure fire lotto team without Harden, not a top 3 seed in a historically deep Western conference.
im not only talking about their bodys, also mentally. James lacking killer instinct. Westbrooks would win this game
Lost it vs. Portland and Utah Won it vs. LA and Denver Lost it again tonight vs. Phoenix Keep on knee-jerking. Westbrook missed 14 games in November and one game March 1st. Played and started in 54 games. Averaging 39 minutes in March, and double/triple-double after double/triple double. Ballin' without Durant (and now Ibaka). Never have to worry about his engine or getting him going. 110% all night long, every game.
OKC may not even make the playoffs without Durant and Ibaka down the stretch. Harden has played most of this year without the starting front line in Jones and Dwight. It's amazing the Rox are even in contention for home court.
James obviously needs rest. He is shooting around 40% since the all-star break, a very worrying trend. He has ZERO games above a fg% of 50% since the all-star break. I would sacrifice a few games just to rest James and get him as fresh as possible before the playoffs.
Ain't no MVP for Harden shooting the way he is. And before y'all bring up Iverson look at whoHarden is competing with. Media favorite curry who blows him away in Fg%, 3 P% TS%, PER ETC in addition to being the best player on the best team. Media narrative is he is free throw dependent (even during his 50). Today the whistles weren't there and he laid an egg
The same case can he made for Westbrook as well. Yes shooting just as horrible. 42 % for the season. The biggest difference between him and Harden is Westbrook always gives it 100%.
