Dissin Francis.... I'm sure most people will welcome you here with open arms.... but to me.... just seems like your just another lame punk. Welcome....
1. His heart... he keeps Yao and the team going at times by encouraging them and being the vocal leader (which Yao cannot be). He is even called childish by being called for technicals, but most of the time it is his duty to stick up for the team in situations like the Amare dunk on Yao. 2. His hard work during the off-season. This off-season will be great for Steve to work on the things he has to do to fit in better in JVG's system instead of trying to fit into Rudy's scheme. (more jumpshots, less iso) 3. Alot more 7-8 assists/game lately... changing his mentality for the good of the team. 4. Takes pressure off other players by just being an offensive presance. Alot of people want Jamal Tinsley or even Mark Jackson starting but would regret it after they see the double off of him to Yao, etc. Making it harder for us to score. 5. He is commited to this team, he wants to stay a Rocket and doesn't want to punk out after a bad season (ex. Pippen).
