If you're not familiar with Gasper's work, I suggest Irreversible as a point of entry. Follow that up with "Enter the Void" and "I Walk Alone."

Starring that hot chick from Kingsman and The Mummy.

Trippy! We saw Noe's film Love on Netflix recently and it was a bit different than Climax appears to be. Love starts out with an explicit sex scene between two of the main characters and goes on from there, the film being mostly a flashback. The sex scenes are beautifully filmed, but the rest of the movie sort of plods along. It appeared at Cannes in 3D! This looks different. Noe is one crazy dude. I think I like his stuff.

I’m not feeling these edgy psychedelic horror movies (It Follows is an exception), it’s tough to make a successful horror movie so I get that people are trying new things, but this just looks like a millennial version of Black Swan on drugs.

No ones going to do it the same amd people habe their own style, but if you want the mold for a recently successful horror movie that scares the **** of you, due to pure eerieness, look no further than “It Comes At Night”.

This all IMO btw, haven’t watched Gaspar’s other work.
