I started forcing myself to pick a cd to play when I'm driving so I listen to all my old albums in their entirety. The Breeders album was the latest I listened to where I had forgot all the great songs towards the end of the record.
Yes, my wife and son think I am nuts for continuing to listen to my ipod and not use stuff like Spotify but even though those things are convenient, there is something satisfying about listening to a whole album all the way through.
Can't you listen to an entire album on Spotify? I gave up Spotify because I wasn't using it much and didn't want to pay a monthly fee for it, but I thought I used to listen to entire albums back then (a couple of years ago).
