I've found myself on a pretty heavy Tool kick lately.....just got through re-listening to Aenema....now I'm onto Lateralus. Closer by Kings of Leon has been on repeat a lot as well.

At this very moment: "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square" by Frank Sinatra. Latest obsession: J Dilla, "Donuts." It's incredibly addictive (like donuts). It's terribly sad he died so young.
Meditations - John Coltrane Stars and Topsoil - Cocteau Twins King for a Day, Fool for a Lifetime - Faith No More Ask the Ages - Sonny Sharrock Dummy - Portishead California - Mr. Bungle
Well, until the new CD comes out, it's old CT. But there's finally a few new tracks: On the Listen link, 3 new tracks plus the Sick Man that's been playing on satellite radio. Really like Everybody Knows. That's an outstanding song by almost any criteria. <img style="visibility:hidden;width:0px;height:0px;" border=0 width=0 height=0 src="http://counters.gigya.com/wildfire/IMP/CXNID=2000002.0NXC/bT*xJmx*PTEyNDUzNjc5NzAxODEmcHQ9MTI*NTM2Nzk3OTE2OCZwPTEyMDc*MSZkPUZRQkxxVG9nRmt5M*ZtdlImZz*yJnQ9Jm89ZTBlYTdlMjhkYjdkNDQxMzk3NGU1ZTJjYzAxYjNkYWUmb2Y9MA==.gif" /><object classid="clsid27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" id="playerLoader" width="425" height="371" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/swflash.cab"><param name="movie" value="http://farm.sproutbuilder.com/load/FQBLqTogFky3FmvR.swf" /><param name="quality" value="best" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><embed src="http://farm.sproutbuilder.com/load/FQBLqTogFky3FmvR.swf" width="425" height="371" name="playerLoader" align="middle" wmode="transparent" play="true" loop="false" quality="best" allowScriptAccess="always" allowFullScreen="true" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer"></embed></object>
wild moccasins - spanish & jazz really digging this homegrown band... the houston scene is looking pretty damn solid right now.
Drukqs - Aphex Twin Okemah and the Melody of Riot - Son Volt Mezzanine - Massive Attack Isn't Anything - My Bloody Valentine
Very nice. That's an all-time classic right there. Looking forward to their new album finally coming out.
The last few days for me: Veckatimist - Grizzly Bear Everything Everything - Underworld (Getting myself primed to see them in Vegas in August!)
Yea, tell me about it! I had read that it will probably be in October (keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't slip). There will be several bands releasing new albums soon that I will be looking forward to - Massive Attack, Wilco, Son Volt, and The Flaming Lips.
