Been jamming the new Sufjan Stevens- Carrie and Lowell It's out on 3/31 but the official stream is here: http://www.theguardian.com/music/2015/mar/23/sufjan-stevens-carrie-lowell-album-stream

Really great piece of work with Sufjan returning to his folk roots. A lot of the songs are very intense and sad. The back story on the album is interesting in that Carrie and Lowell are his mom and stepfather. Sufjan sings a lot about his mom's battle with mental illness and the effect of her passing on him even though he barely knew her.
The Cure - Seventeen Seconds Siouxsie and the Banshees - Hyaena Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Tender Prey I am growing tired of post-punk so I am going to fire up some dub and probably free jazz.
