Yes it is and an incredibly short album. There are like 11 songs and the total time is like 26 or 27 minutes. Yet, I could not imagine what that album would sound like if it was 40 minutes or even longer. It would ruin the album's impact, IMO.
Way to step your game up moes! You won't be disappointed. Black Star, Homesick Subterranean Alien and Idioteque are awesome, but then most of the songs are.

Yeah, I have both of the Ringo Deathstarr EPs, and I saw them open for A Place to Bury Strangers. I like them, but they're almost a little too much MBV-worship at times. Still good, though. They're good at what they do! Definitely check out The Vandelles, though. Del Black Aloha is on heavy rotation on my iPod atm.
