That's fair. Here's more BoC. Get back to me when and if Daft Punk come up with something even close to this stunning. Call me out, it's like calling out someone who loves Picasso or Di Vinci and you love U2 or Mc Donald's. Pop/Nerf culture vs fine art.

The late show. The bands always played longer (and were well and truly "fueled" by then) and with more abandon in the second show, if there were two gigs. I found that to be true in pretty much every instance, for any group. I'm sure that still holds true today. Want an example? When Hendrix first played Houston, he did two shows the same night at the Houston Music Hall, which held about 3500 people. I saw Jimi everytime he played Houston, including both that night. The 11pm show was better. That was early 1968, and the Moving Sidewalks were one of the opening acts (The Soft Machine, and a local group, Neal Ford and the Fanatics, along with the Sidewalks, opened for Jimi, several acts being typical then - two or three groups, and then the headliner, all for less that a burger combo today, and that's for the best tickets). He did two at the Sam Houston Coliseum in April of '69, but I was only able to watch the second show that night (he did a show in the spring of 1970 with the Band of Gypsies at the same venue, but just one show).

Moral of my post? If there's a choice, go with the second show. :)-

Love this song and absolutely jealous of Chris Cornell's singing range. I can only try to replicate it in my car with the windows rolled up, and my gut blasting at max volume, even then I can't get within reaching distance of the pitch he gets to in this song. I'm also jealous of the tones Morello creates but that's a completely different rant. The first half of this album is pretty much untouchable/unreplicateable in my mind.
