Doves - Kingdom of Rust Yeah Yeah Yeah's - It's Blitz Handsome Furs - Facecontrol Blind Pilot - 3 rounds and a sound The Decemberists - The Hazards of Love The Thermals - Now We Can See
"Together Through Life" - Bob Dylan "Song to a Seagull" - Joni Mitchell "Clouds" - Joni Mitchell "Ladies of the Canyon" - Joni Mitchell "Blue" - Joni Mitchell "Strange Magic: The Very Best of ELO" - ELO
Radiohead - The Bends Radiohead - OK Computer Radiohead - Kid A Yeah, I know I'm about 10 years late. I'm going to listen to these ****ing albums finally.
Out of those 3, "Kid A" is by far my favorite one and that is not saying that the other 2 are bad - it's just saying that is how much I love "Kid A".
Sorry if you misunderstood me, but I'm not interested in getting LPs in Blu-ray form, but live concerts. That's what blew me away about the Led Zep one. They actually sounded like they did in concert back then.
"For the Roses" - Joni Mitchell "Court and Spark" - Joni Mitchell "Miles of Aisles" - Joni Mitchell "The Hissing of Summer Lawns" - Joni Mitchell "Screamadelica" - Primal Scream
Diggin' Joni, are you? She's an amazing talent, always has been, and often overlooked when it comes to her guitar playing by the casual fan. A brilliant song writer. The chick slept with many of the most famous singer/song writers back in the day, which only serves to make her more interesting. If you haven't seen her, do it. Just great in concert. She's still doing some limited touring, Manny (I think!). I haven't seen her in years, but I've read that she's better than ever live. Heck, maybe better than she used to be.

You better believe it! She is easily, IMO, the female equivalent to Dylan. Seeing her in concert would be awesome but like Dylan, it has taken me some time to get used to her "new" singing voice. Before I die, I plan on having every studio album plus assorted live and compilation albums for the following solo artists - Dylan (pretty much already there although I still need the last 2 bootleg series, volumes 7 and 8), Neil Young, Van Morrison, Springsteen, Leonard Cohen, Joni, Tom Waits, and Rickie Lee Jones. I have 16 Joni albums and I went through albums 9-12 today which were: "Hejira" "Mingus" "Dog Eat Dog" "Chalk Mark in a Rainstorm"
Franz Ferdinand- Tonight Yeah Yeah Yeahs- It's Blitz Animal Collective- Merriweather Post Pavilion Not terribly impressed so far, maybe on repeated listens
I don't know anything about Ben Harper really, I thought he played piano, but I read a review of "White Lies For Dark Times" with the Relentless 7 and listened in because the band was from Austin. It's a pretty good rock album; definitely worth a listen. It's got a little Talking Heads and a little Santana thing going. Relentless 7
Yeah, probably only The Song Remains the Same and The Wall are on Blu-Ray. But I would still recommend getting Gimme Shelter and The Kids Are Alright on regular DVD.
Finished up my Joni Mitchell plus I threw a random one in: "Pink Moon" - Nick Drake "Night Ride Home" - Joni Mitchell "Turbulent Indigo" - Joni Mitchell "Taming the Tiger" - Joni Mitchell "Shine" - Joni Mitchell I'm going to start on Leonard Cohen and what I have on him tomorrow.
