I was looking over this fine thread of Mannys and noticed this post above by Astrosfan183 - leaving out all grizzly Bear Q's - "As for what I've been listening to lately, found this new band called FIDLAR. They are incredibly awesome and fun to listen to. They only have like 2 EPs and a couple singles out, I think their debut comes out next year, but pay attention to them. Already getting a lot of buzz. Can't wait for the debut." So, I been listening to FIDLAR and besides the fun to remember LA street scenes, I appreciate their spirit. i like the midnight organ fight better. i wore that record out. somehow it made me get in touch w/ an ex girlfriend who lives in frankfurt. she came to visit me in brooklyn. good times (every smilie on earth all in a random pattern). anyway, saw them live and was disappointed. they were really good but i was expecting the poetry i felt when listening to them to be real life. i got drunk instead.
