    LOL, I just have really gotten hooked on dub (but not dubstep) of late. Combine that with free jazz and you have got 2 very divergent music paths. I blame it on my 2 favorite artists of the moment in Lee "Scratch" Perry and Sun Ra.

    have you heard the song he did w/ malawian guitarist vieux farka toure. the dave fans love it, but im not so into it. vieux brought in all these american guests like dave and derick trucks for the last album. this is an obvious attempt to appeal to american audiences, but it just sounds forced to me. his last record, fondo, is a top 2-3 album of the decade for me though.
