This is my current "on repeat" song. Puscifer - The Humbling River. Puscifer is the side project of Tool and A Perfect Circle front-man Maynard James Keenan.

Didn't know Robbie Robertson had an album out this year till I saw it in the Rolling Stone Top 50. Tasteful quality stuff, great guests.

the Wildhearts remind me of The Clash, The Freak; in a GOOD WAY! I see now they have their own strong legacy and am surprised such a long established ban has stayed under the radar in the US so long. On second thought no real surprise at all... Special props to them for bringing in the late GREAT Mick Ronson on their song 'My Baby is A HeadF***

Is there a bad way to remind one of the Clash? ;)

The Wildhearts are unbelievable. I didn't even know about Ronson playing on that track, thanks for that. I've always thought of them as sort of a Metallica meets Cheap Trick or Ramones sort of band, but even better than that, if that's even possible. Jackhammer riffs to go with more hooks than a tackle box. Their leader Ginger has got to be one of the best songwriters to ever play rock-n-roll (he's got plenty of solo stuff too).
