Futurebirds - Hampton's Lullaby Saw them at Bonnaroo. Pretty good alt-country band. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QlB_xnLVfTk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
It wasn't bad but I still like Ghosts of the Great Highway better, especially the song, "Carry Me Ohio".
Are you going to go to Bonnaroo in 2012?? If you are, let me know because that is in my backyard and I am going to go this year.
I agree. Ghosts of the Great Highway was an instant classic. I had it in my top five albums of the decade. My favourite track on that album was the epic 12 minute long "Duk Koo Kim". "Carry Me Ohio" is a close second though.
DAMMIT. I thought the show was today (Thurday). I fail at marking down show dates on my calendar waaaaaay too often. I'm such an idiot. *double checks date for M83 show next week* Okay, I feel a little better now... Oh yeah: M83 - Hurry Up, We're Dreaming Russian Circles - Empros Youth Lagoon - Year of Hibernation

For real rap fans, check out San Quinn. Outside of E-40, he has been dropping the best music lately. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/u-60b2Vs5HI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/4HUrf-8jdz4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> And can't wait for the single from his new album to drop. **** slaps! <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8gZ7Dgz9YIM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Is it pretty good? How would you rate it to the other 2 Atlas Sound albums? Does it sound like a Deerhunter album instead, etc.? I want answers, dammit!
