J.Rocc - Some Cold Rock Stuf
    H.I.S.D. - The Weakend

Highly recommend both to underground hip-hop fans.

The beginning of that track is a little bit strange with the vocals.

I could write that scale on the ****ter while fapping. EITS adds nothing to an already dead genre. **** this band. they suck.

I thought you listen to post rock? Why do you say it is already dead?

already dead? post rock has been dead for years.

I listen to nu-metal all the time. it's done. doesnt mean I don't like it.

EITS has not evolved one bit in the last 10 years. I'm tired of their boring ass wet reverb and digital delay philosophy. it is boring and watered down.

I rarely post anything that resembles them.

As much music as I have listened to, it should be IMPOSSIBLE for me to name my all-time favorite song. But yet it is very easy. My all-time favorite song is "For Reverend Green" off the "Strawberry Jam" album. I will never ever get tired of that song.

The moral of the story is do NOT typecast Landlord and the post-rock music he likes. It is like typecasting Keanu Reeves to always be "Ted" or Julie Andrews to be "Mary Poppins/Maria von Trapp". It makes him ANGRY!!

I'm open to typecasting. It happens. If I am 'post-rock guy'...I'm fine with that.

    but Explosions in the Sky...

white denim (austin band who are about to blow the f up) have a song off their new album up on their website - go with me here, but it sounds like zeppelin trying to sound like the who with bends-era thom yorke on vox - im just blown away by these guys live and this song is the closest ive heard to capturing them live. the musicanship of these cats is just stupid. cant wait to hear this record.

Do you read the Dallas based music blog gorillavsbear.com by any chance? They have been hyping White Denim as the next best thing since sliced bread for the past two-three years. I personally didn't like the music when I first heard it, but I'll give this new album a try.
