    Swans - My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky

    This album sorta flew under the radar for 2010 but I have been listening to it off and on for the last 2 days. Very powerful stuff and if you like the other albums by Swans, I think you will like this one. Features cameos by Devendra Banhart, Bill Rieflin, and Grasshopper (of Mercury Rev). Would be in my top 5 albums of 2010 (still doesn't beat out Halcyon Digest and Go by Jonsi, though).

    I'm going to probably listen to Asobi Seksu and PJ Harvey's newest again and keep counting the days down until Saturday. :)

    I am really digging that PJ Harvey album - I think it is her best album since Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea.
