It's entertaining enough. It's a covers album. The weirder interpretations are what I like the best, like their cover of Squeeze's "Up The Junction."
Seasons of Glass - Yoko Ono (don't laugh, actually a decent album) Ejector Seat Reservation - Swervedriver Honey's Dead - The Jesus and Mary Chain Lovelife - Lush

I love that song, but the acapella version is beautiful. I have a whole Nas compilation of acapella. It's the best: <object width="445" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6yMOf6VBEOw&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6yMOf6VBEOw&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0x3a3a3a&color2=0x999999&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="445" height="364"></embed></object>

streaming the new massive attack album in its entirety... http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=123026141&sc=fb&cc=fp my first impression is that although there are some good tracks on here, overall its kind of disappointing - i expected more considering its been 7 years since their last album. it opens w/ a song featuring the singer from tv on the radio and the song hope sandoval sings on is cool - but there is alot of filler on here imo - and i dont think you can really call them 'trip-hop' anymore - there are some elements of their older stuff on there, but its really lacking that trippy, thick dubby atmosphere they were known for. alot of it reminds me of a more stoner/less energetic version of new order. it sometimes reminds me of nin more recent stuff too. the 3rd or 4th song is really cool though - sounds like disintegration era-cure. EDIT: my friends from brooklyn are in a band called the bloodsugars - they had the npr song of the day last week - check it out! http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=123107909
I'm not sure how long they have been around, but the singer from Dreamend is Ryan Graveface and he runs Graveface Records. Their line up is just wicked good. Check out Jakob and Daturah if you ever get a chance.
