So my buddy Rick lost his job back in July 2008 and decided that until he found a new job, he would not switch the CD in his player. That CD is Presence by Led Zeppelin. Now I'll admit that I love Achilles Last Stand, but I should mention that he is STILL UNEMPLOYED and I will no longer hang out at his place anymore.

I'm listening to Meriweathe Post Pavillion by Animal Collective, checked it out of the library today. I think I need drugs to totally appreciate it. Its very eclectic, and different, and I think I dig it, but I really wish I had a big buzz.

I also checked out Bitte Orca by Dirty Projectors...worth the hype.

I love the NYC library CD collection.

If your friend is still unemployed, he is simply not trying hard enough or has an otherwise very poor job search strategy.
