Really? I saw them in 1990 or 1991 with Soundgarden and they were really good. they were also good in the 92 show with Metallica. Maybe they were too wasted to play when you saw them. have not heard the new tracks yet, but looking forward to Chinese Democracy when it gets realeased in 2014

I've always heard that The Cult/ G'n'R tour had some epic shows -- The Cult was peaking and G'n'R was breaking out as the biggest band in the world. I didn't get to the show in Houston.
I saw Slash and Duff in 2004 with Velvet Revolver and they both rocked the Austin Music Hall pretty hard. They're a lot more sober now than then, though, so who knows.
I wish I was old enough back in the day to have witnessed the Motley Crue/GNR tour. I read all about it in The Dirt and Slash's book, but damn I bet that was a hell of a show.
For anyone who is still interested, another song leaked. Sounds like a Rob Zombie song with Axl on the vocals...very odd, yet catchy. Wonder if this is the song that is going to be on Rock Band 2.

From what i've read that is "Shackler's Revenge" and will be on Rock Band 2. It's certainly different but for some reason i like it.
I have no idea why the song is called Shacklers Revenge after listening to the lyrics, but whatever. Except the heavy Indsutrial sound at the beginning and the very end, I like it a lot. Buckethead FTW!
Thats what I thought, but of all the new tracks, I think there is only one F-Bomb. Not nearly enough to even warrant a Parental Advisory Explicit Lyrics sticker on it. If it does, then I imagine Best Buy will be the carrier. WHatever it takes, just release the damned thing already!
