Sophie Ellis-Bextor was hawt and that was one of the major reasons why that song sold so well.

And I like dancing, too. But that year, Groovejet, along with Modjo's Lady were played absolutely too much, and I just can't stand them any more.

That's one of the problems that electronic music scene has always had. When the big dj's get the song like months before anyone else and play it to death already before the smaller label publishes it, then one of the big labels buys it, makes a video etc. and when it finally comes to mainstream's attention, most people with any connection to the scene are already sick of it and listening to something else.

The Presets IMO are a cool Aussie electro band.

I love all types of music, but I have a deep love for electronic music(mostly industrial tho)It literally changed my life. I even have a dark electro project myself, in the studio now cutting vocals trying to finish up the record. Sorry shameless plug.

Yikes! Way too frenetic for me. Maybe I just don't have the appropriate pallette for that yet. I'm happy with the house wine right now.

No not yet its not. F*** Electro-Soccer

(Yes another "I called it/told you so/I'm better than most" type post.)

I predicted this long ago. Really it was easy to see. Because...

This. It was natural compability from the onset. Breakbeats, using repetitive voice samples, music samples, getting people to MOVE their bodies to hard rhythms, turntablism, DIY keyboard work, being an alternative to rock, pop, R&B and country - those are similar elements in hip hop as well.

You hear someone like (OMG I said it, "BT",) him doing a song with Guru from Gangstarr and it was .. "progressive compability". The rap lent good sound to the trance, trance lent good sound to the rap.

Timbaland is like a more refined Afrika Bambaata.

Glad to see there's quite a bit of dubstep love in the cf.net forums! :)

Found this one not too long ago. It's a dubstep interpretation of Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds. It is absolutely sick! Grimey win all around!

It's a leak of new material.

Here's a song from the album before.
