Sorry for the 2nd thread in a row (a 3rd one is coming :p), but what are your favorite songs by The Beatles?

I like the earlier stuff a lot better than later era Beatles but here is my 10 favorites in no particular order:

    Please Please Me
    She Loves You
    All My Loving
I Want to Hold Your Hand
    We Can Work It Out
    A Day in the Life
    Hello Goodbye
    Twist and Shout
    Love Me Do
    Yesterday

Eleanor Rigby because if you're only a casual Beatles fan and never hit an oldies station, it seems atypical and you're impressed that they can work with a string ensemble. Also a bit ahead of its time, kind of a Eurythmics style song.

Hey Jude because of the backstory, and just how cool it would have been to have a Dad and family friends like that.

There's just too many. Some that stand out to me:

    In My Life
    A Day in the Life
    Nowhere Man

I really like And Your Bird Can Sing too. Just too catchy. I can just listen to that on loop endlessly. :)

Ditto. The phase one pop isn't interesting to me (exception: Help). They really set the stage for alternative when they evolved into mold-breaking artists.

    For me:

    Hey Bulldog
    Tomorrow Never Knows
    Rain
    Lucy
    Norwegian Wood
    Across the Universe
    Something
    Here Comes the Sun

    Anna
    Sexy Sadie
    Something
    Hey Jude
    Eleanor Rigby
    Across the Universe
    For No One

Some of these I liked even better because they were covered so well. Like Fiona Apple's Across the Universe.
