okay let me clear a few things. Dan HiggsBeard, i apologize for that comment, but it's true, you don't like the album. in fact, you made it clear in your first post last week. so we don't agree. the song with the Sonic Reducer sample is "Open Letter To NYC", the one I quoted earlier in this thread, so we both agree that beat is fresh. let's move on. secondly, i am a very enthusistic fan when it comes to the things I am passionate about: it's not hard to see that: Rockets, Zeppelin, it's all there in my profile. the Beastieboys and New York City are one of them. my enthusiasm outweighs any negativity towards them. it's funny i am being flamed, i am just standing up for something i believe in. i could post all day how their lyrics are not "sophmoric or laughable", but how they send a positive message and how I connect with their message. but if i come across as thoughtless to a bunch of strangers on a message board, so be it. I leave you with a lyric from Bodhisattva vow, Adam Yauch's devotion to the Buddhist faith. "When others disrespect me and give me flack I stop and think before I react" oh and rH, its an EMI policy, not a Beastie Boys policy. all EMI records enforce this code now
