We were close the second game vs Portland and vs Utah. We even kept it close playing the Heat. Maybe we don't need miracles - just have to keep plugging away.
yeah i haven't had the chance to watch all of these games but i don't think anyone here is complaining about a lack of effort. lack of execution, lack of talent, lack of bb iq, lack of in-game adjustments by the coach - all these i have heard. our team has heart and they play hard but they are, as per usual, outgunned. when we play actual playoff hopefuls, it feels like we're bringing knives to a gunfight.
And the next 10 games after NO isn't exactly dandy. 15 Sat. @ Atlanta 6:00 p.m. 17 Mon. Milwaukee 2:00 p.m. 19 Wed. New York 7:30 p.m. 21 Fri. @ Memphis 7:00 p.m. 22 Sat. Orlando 7:30 p.m. 24 Mon. @ Minnesota 7:00 p.m. 26 Wed. L.A. Clippers 7:30 p.m. 27 Thu. @ Dallas 7:30 p.m. 29 Sat. @ San Antonio 7:30 p.m. Feb. 1 Tue. @ L.A. Lakers 9:30 p.m. Will Chuck Hayes be back for our games vs. Milwaukee and Memphis? If not, we can keep our losing streak going. I'm going reverse psychology and just cheer our losing streak.
Damn what a schedule thanks Stern. Getting the next 3 games would be great. Boston without KG can be done. OKC will be a close game. Hayes is targeting the NO game for his return.
Next 10 games: vs. Miami L vs. Toronto W @ Portland L @ Denver L vs. Portland L @ Orlando L vs. Utah L @ Boston W vs. Oklahoma City vs. New Orleans 2-6 let's finish strong and have a decent 4-6 record.
