Rockets have a fighting chance against any of these teams. Sadly, I think this can be a 3-7 stretch. 7-3 would be nice. If they can somehow cruise now and get hot after the allstar break, that would be give them a chance to make a run for the playoffs.

If I were to put money on this I'd say 4-6. Sweep of Portland, beat Toronto, and then we'll steal one of the other games (hopefully the Jazz game at home)

2-8 but I could see the Rockets losing all those games.

Its definitely going to be tough. I just hope we compete in each any every game. 3-7 is about right.

    I don't think they're that hard:

    Absolutely winnable games:
    *Portland
    *Toronto

    Almost automatic loss games:
    *miami
    *boston

    Can go either way:
    *NO
    *OKC
    *Denver
    *Utah
    *Orlando

Honestly if we play our cards right Boston and Miami are the only ones that can get really ugly.

    Unwinnable games:
    1. Orlando- Dwight Howard's size and quickness along with their
renewed versatility always give us fits.
    2. Utah - Have just had our number throughout the years. Nothing
    new here.
3.OKC - Too long, tall, and athletic.
    4. Miami- Stacked with superstars.
    5. Boston - Possess lockdown D and Rondo's playmaking cuts us
    into pieces.

    Winnable games:

    1. Portland
    2. Toronto
    3. Denver
    4. New Orleans

We can compete or beat Portland, Toronto, Denver, and New Orleans. It's everyone else that'll kick our ass.

I hate that "logic" and hate the term "unwinnable games". That is all.

There's been a trend. And when I say "unwinnable", I actually mean more like "very low chance of winning."

looks like you dont watch the rockets much.

    a) we have beaten the magic plenty of times with d12 in the game. our defense can make him shoot uncomfortable shots

    b) we are just as athletic as oklahoma, xcept scola, and shane, and martin
but we still manage to be right there with them scoring wise, the only reason we lost is because of our 4th quarter droughts

    c) stop with that jazz excuse, boozer is gone, which was one of our main problems.

    vs. Miami L
    vs. Toronto W
    @ Portland W
@ Denver This can go either way.
    vs. Portland W

    @ Boston L
    vs. Oklahoma City W
    vs. New Orleans W

    YUP 5-5 or 6-4

With a Portland split, I agree.

    I predict a solid 6-4, maybe even 7-3.
