Raptors re-sign Bogues Toronto, Ontario (Sports Network) The Toronto Raptors signed free-agent guard Muggsy Bogues to a multi-year contract Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bogues, a 13-year veteran, averaged 5.1 points and 3.7 assists in 80 games last season. He also led the league in turnover ratio (5.07) last season and is the leagues' all-time leader in that category (4.70). At 5-foot-3, Bogues is the shortest player in NBA history. The 35-year-old veteran signed a one-year deal with the Raptors last September.
