agreed It was solid, not great. I got a few L O L moments and quite a few giggles (yes, I giggle, bite me) I probably would have laughed more if I was familiar with the stuff they were ripping on....it added a dimension to the jokes on the old version since I knew who and what the vids were......this one, not so much.

I did that after I saw the thread... it's amazing that the same type of humor I laughed at in high school is still amusing now
Last night's episode, imo, was definitely stronger than the first. Classic...(on the guy in 16 And Pregnant) Butthead: "I think we found someone dumber than us."
i love that hank hill lives on in tom anderson. hank was a spinoff off that guy and in king of the hill the "dooley" kid was kind of like butthead.
I thought it was a bit weaker, though not terribly so. However, I did like the following line: 16 & Pregnant Girl: I prayed to Jesus last night about what to do with you. 16 & Pregnant Guy: What did Jesus say? Butthead: Jesus said she can do better.

I went back and rewatched some of the originals. They seemed to have gotten a little smarter. They're still idiots, but during the video segments they appear to have gotten more aware. Mike Judge appears to be making a point on the social commentary. Not complaining though, the video segment still provide the best humor. The bit about the teen mother not being a bad mother, just a bad person doesn't seem like something they would have said back in the day. Maybe it's just me. I'm lovin it though, Mike Judge kept the format completely intact, like they never left.
