I thought this had been bumped, almost a year old....they pretty much are looking for any new group that's exciting. The Korean version seemed like it was ready to air, did it ever?

 

It will never air. Their has never been an Asian male and only 1 Asian female on The Real World/Road rules ever, that is what 30 something seasons?. And those shows pride themselves on diversity of backgrounds.. talk about being underrepresented.

 

Cuz most asians aren't stupid enough

 

There have been more than one asian girls just no asian dudes.

I've definitely seen a lot of Persian "club-types", but not a lot of "Persian pride" like you see Italian pride in the northeast. Might be a little less interesting

I should try out. I'm 26 and Persian. I just have to become outspoken and outrageous.

I remember 3. But I stopped watching a few years ago.

 

Everyone is going to try to audition for the outspoken Persian, the easier in's would be the "gay" Persion or the token black guy.

I remember the chick from San Diego who is now an actress, and I remember a Janet. Not sure what season.

 

This show is just going to be a bunch of DJ Persian dudes, and a bunch of spoiled Persian daddy's girls.

I really hope this doesn't happen. This is not what Iranian-Americans need done to their image at this state of America-Iran global relations...

But of course there will be those corporate asshats who will want to see this come to fruition precisely because of that friction.

They should do the Persian version in Encino or Westwood. I believe LA has the largest Persian population in the world outside of Iran.
