What is funny to me is one of the posters dog Music Television, but they love Reno 911. Reno is ridiculously adolescent. There is another disturbing trend in broadcast television. Reno, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development, South Park, and countless others capitalizing on the quirky sarcastic show movement. In the near future these shows are going to be played out like Reality TV. Don't look now but these shows are been carbon copied just like reality tv.
These new season clips are great. I actually saw Aziz Ansari of Human Giant on Friday at SXSW. He was doing standup along with the fellow Human Giant folks. He is much smaller in person than I realized. He might be like 5 foot 5, 120 lbs. But he is hilarious and really carries the show.
Dude looks tiny on tv too. I don't know about carrying the show, it seems like each guy brings something to the table. I just don't see Ansari doing it with another couple of guys
I used to love MTV but now it is such trash. and VH1, remember when it played soft rock as an alternative to MTV?
Sorry for the bump... I know I'm late to this show, but wow I got season one in the mail and sat down and watched it all yesterday and it was amazingly funny.. My favorite sketch from season one was the Catching a Predator (below).. If you haven’t seen this show yet, you really should..
