I am very intrigued by Bargnani and think he could be a perfect PF fit with Yao and Tracy on offense. The problem is it may take a couple of years for him to be really productive. If he's the real deal, Bargnani could finally give us a PF mismatch every night, IN OUR FAVOR. Gay is a tremendous talent and I just don't know if it's possible to pass him up at #8. I see an energetic guy on the break who can slam down a few. I see someone who's length on the perimeter would be tremendous. It's doubtful either of these two are available at #8. If BOTH of them were, I lean towards Gay right now but, yes, I admit to drinking the Kool-Aid that Bargnani could develop into a Dirk-like offensive player. Problem is I don't think he would contribute a whole lot (esp on defensive) his first couple of years.

We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't get injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Tyrus: We hope this isn't Stro v.2, Stro did the same thing in college. We hope to trade one of Stro or Howard. We hope to obtain a SG. We hope that Tyrus pans out with Yao. We hope that he isn't foul prone (he looks like it) We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't get injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Morrison: We hope his defense is enough. We hope he makes his shots as he did in college. We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't get injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Gay: We hope he can also score, our D isn't a problem as much as our O is. We hope he has the heart to improve, heart = championships. We hope he isn't Darius Miles part 2. We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't get injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Bargnani: We hope he isn't another failed Euro experiment (Boki) We hope he doesn't take years. We hope he isn't soft. We hope his D will be enough. We hope his transition from Euro Bball to NBA goes well. We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't get injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Shelden: We hope to trade one of Stro and Howard. We hope to obtain a SG. We hope Yao+T-Mac doesn't injured. and we will be safe. If we draft Carney: We hope he isn't as stupid as Swift. Which one has the fewest questions? Brandon Roy it is. This is all assuming they each drop or we land the top 3 for the top 3 calibur ones.
