You are aware that the only thing HillBoy ever posts about is the ineptitude of the Rocket's management, right?

Sort of similar to that poster Sanjalucknow who only posts ridiculous trade proposals.

Claxton me likey, Id love to get Jeffries...not a traditional banger as a 4, but gives you length, defense for 3 positions and rebounding. If possible maybe Buckner from denver as an SG as well

What about Nene? Is there any way we can work a sign-and-trade using our TEs with Denver. The guy is extremely athletic, blocks shots, and gets rebounds.

The players that i would like for the rockets to go after
    Al Harrington, Hawks
-probably would require a SNT, or if he want to take a MLE but i would deut that

    Bonzi Wells, Kings
-would be a excellent pick up, again IF he would take a MLE

    Peja Stojakovic, Pacers
    -pipe dream

    Mike James, Raptors
-might have the best chance of us signing of FA

    Sam Cassell, Clippers
-the lakers are going after him as well

    Matt Harpring, Jazz
-could be a great scoring option off the bench

    Drew Gooden, Cavs (restricted)
-would be a great pick up at the right price

    Bobby Jackson, Grizzlies
    -If he could stay healthy

Denver just might want to keep Nene since KMart is packing his bags.

Novak needs to make it through Summer League and avoid getting cut first.
Anyway can Novak even play the 4?

If Padgett has indeed been waived Rocks management need to desperately, "Hungry like the wolf as sung by Duran Duran" desperate, get to his agent first and offer up a contract.

mike james is the most talent for the money you can find on any free agent list this summer.

we have to bring him back.

then use the TE for a F/C.

I think we have a better chance doing a sign-and-trade with Toronto since James already wants to be here, and they don't want to lose him for nothing.

That would free up our MLE for a F/C, or another guard. I just wish that there was a better group of players on the FA market.

I'll make my list of the free agents I'd like to see the Rockets pursue & sign, but I don't plan on being even remotely realistic. I feel like the Rockets better pull off something completely spectacular that is beyond our hopes if they're going to make up for this Gay debacle.

    Jason Terry
    Peja Stojakovic
    Sam Cassell
    Bonzi Wells
    Vladimir Radmanovic
    Flip Murray
    Nene
    Reggie Evans
    Qyntel Woods

I think the only realistic possibilities there are the last two.
