Hotel Rwanda. When the europeans leave, and the orphans walk to the bus. And then the song of the children, that is just to much. Besides that i never cry at a movie.
Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls - When the raccoon dies in the beginning. Gets me every damn time. Million Dollar Baby
Forgot to add: Sunshine - When Cillian Murphey and the captain are fixing the ship and the captain sacrifices himself for the mission. The music, the psychologist begging the captain to tell him what he sees, Cillian Murphey asking why he wasn't trying to get to safety. Moving scene.
Rebound: The Earl Manigault Story the ending, combined with the Stevie Wonder song that plays just gets my tears going. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind ( when he is on his last/first memory) Crash (when the little girl jumps in front of her dad to stop the bullet) Land Before Time ( when Little Foot sees his mom in the clouds )
As others have said, it's not really crying but more getting misty eyed or choked up... Shawshank Redemption (when Red says "I guess I just missed my friend." gets me every time) Gladiator Spoiler (when the black guy, whose name I can't remember, buries Russell Crowe's wooden figurines and says "I will see you again...but not yet...not yet.") Cinderella Man (when Jim is begging his old friends for money) Into The Wild (the whole damn movie) Reign Over Me Spoiler (when Sandler finally breaks down and talks about his family) Blow (basically the whole dynamic with his dad, especially the tape recorded message Depp's character leaves toward the end of the movie) The Motorcycle Diaries (various parts) One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest Spoiler (when Chief smothers McMurphy to death) Yes, I just put a spoiler on a 33 year old movie. Color me thoughtful.
Oh. God. Yes. That one and The Passion of the Christ. I have seen a lot of the other ones that people are saying (like Forest Gump and Saving Private Ryan) and although there are sad parts to those movies, I never found myself tearing up like I did on Ghost and The Passion of the Christ.
The ending, where the home movies of Tom Hanks' character as a small child are playing to music, is one of the saddest things I have ever seen.
Cinema Paradiso Manon of the Spring Schindler's List Let Him Have It To Live Dead Poets Society Raising Victor Vargas Central Station Goodbye Lenin! Philadelphia The Cider House Rules The Joy Luck Club The Color of Paradise
it's a no brainer for me since i'm the emotional type. it's probably easier to count which movies i did NOT cry in.
Probably not really a typical movie since it is anime, but Grave of the Fireflies definitely comes to mind for me. I love the movie, but I don't think I ever want to watch it again due to how depressing it is. I can't think of many others off the top of my head (Lion King was a good one though).
Old Yeller is still one of the best watershed tear drop movies that i have ever seen.... I don't give a damn if the dog has rabies or not, you can't just shoot yeller like that!!!! <img src=http://www.teachwithmovies.org/guides/old-yeller-DVDcover.jpg">

There have been a few already mentioned in this thread that have made me a bit misty eyed. One that wasn't mentioned though was Transformers: The Movie (1986). When Optimus Prime died I cryed like a little girl.
The craziest part of that sequence is that the Euro's take their dogs with them, the dogs get spots on the bus but the children can't. Hard to catch but insanely gripping. -House of Sand and Fog -X-Men 3 (Prof X part) I haven't ever really cried though BTW
