I would totally suggest Studio Gibli's animations: Prefer in this order: - My Neighbor Totoro (Family bonding) - Kiki's Delivery Service (Need to be independent to grow, finding self) - Spirited Away (**** sometimes happens, one should not run away but should preserver. Be ready to take more extra responsibilities when needed to help others (not just help people you know or close to). Don't be a lazy mofo.) - Castle in the Sky (About greed. Tools are innocent, the user/operators are evils) - NausicaƤ of the Valley of the Wind (We live in part of the nature, we are equal not superior to animals, animal abuse and exploit are as cruel as it can get nowadays) - Princess Mononoke (A more violent take on the same issue as Nausicaa, but the westerners like this one much better somehow) - Grave of the Fireflies (Heaviest movie, human nature at its realistic projection. Don't reapeat the same mistakes as the protagonists! Pride is nothing compare to survival!)
When I saw the title only 2 movies popped into my head as must-sees, and neither have been mentioned. Come on CF!!
Before you criticize clutchfans you might want to read the actual thread especially my posts which are always the most important. I mentioned It's a Wonderful Life.
