I still don't want to look at it more than once even now, lol. Apparently everyone on YouTube has shat themselves as well viewing it. I submit. THIS. <object width="480" height="295"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/YuSsSwg9MXs&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/YuSsSwg9MXs&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="295"></embed></object>
The knife scene in saving private ryan. Watched it in the theater and all I could do was try and look away. God so slow and painful to watch.
You weren't the right age to be creeped out by that scene when the movie came out. I never knew it got to anyone else until this thread, but it definitely gave me nightmares as a kid.
If anyone has seen In the Realm of the Senses there is a scene at the end that will scare the crap out of any man.
1. Scene in Raising Cain where lady wakes up from coma to see her husband kissing another woman...and then she flatlines. 2. Anything with the twisted back lady in Pet Sematary 3. When the sloth victim in se7en coughs
Alright. Mine was Jaws II, of all things. A teenage girl was helping some kid onto a catamaran and she couldn't get up herself, so Jaws ate her. That freaked me out. I think I was about 7. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/KjPDd3rhaHw&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/KjPDd3rhaHw&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
I've seen old things that can creep me out, but that just doesn't seem creepy. Amazing how far special effects have come.
My mom had to cover my ears and eyes for this scene. Willy Wonka's boat ride <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/N6j25yIPUlE&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/N6j25yIPUlE&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
- If you only knew the power of the Dark Side. Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father. - He told me enough! He told me *you* killed him! - No. *I* am your father. Way to blow a 10 year old kid's mind!
E.T. <object width="480" height="295"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/L6ODbNgSMVo&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/L6ODbNgSMVo&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="295"></embed></object>
My friends and I were watching that movie back in like 2004 and when I saw it I was like "Oh ****... Curb-served!" Saying stuff with "served" on it was in style at the time and everything, so it became a popular phrase, until my cousin started using it incorrectly. That being said, I still find it difficult to watch AHX to this day, I've seen it a couple times and every time multiple scenes in that flick just get to me.
I get a shudder from the nastiness of the thought.. the vat of small glass syringes scene from Saw II
And I can't believe no one has mentioned the most stomach-turning scene in cinematic history. Spoiler /thread
The clown from IT, the scene where the little kids boat goes to the sewers. I had nightmares about clowns for like a week. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/0ZGf2vnASHc&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/0ZGf2vnASHc&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
- The scene in What Lies beneath when the guy is trying to drown her in the bathtub, and she becomes the dead girl....that and earlier, when she's going towards the bathtub, and you see the ghost's reflection moving away - Event Horizon, when he's in the ventilation system, and all the lights start going out, and he hears his wife....then BAM, she's next to him, with no eyes of course. - For some reason, The Others (with Nicole Kidman) scared the bejesus out of me....like, the whole movie, except for the last 15 minutes. But something about living out in the middle of nowhere with no ties to civilization, and having creepy things happen like that....it gets to me.
