Passing it along is a movie you have to see: What's Up, Tiger Lilly? by Woody Allen.

This is Woody Allen's first debut film. Perfect for date night, bunch of laughs. For people who grew up watching overdubbed kung fu saturday movies.

i just watched "My Sassy Girl" off of Netflix

pretty damn good film, although it was a remake of a Korean classic that was released back in 2001 which was said was a lot better, but what original wasn't?

Elisha Cuthbert should be added to the hot B List stars :)

yea, i heard it was, I'll come across it

i read the review of it, the "alien" encounter at the end of the Korean version kinda threw me off not to watch it, since they didnt have it in the american remake, but had some kind of symbolism of the same scene, just not a freaking alien with a space ship

    Well,

I think it's only 2 or 3 minutes at the end, sorta like a hint. I didn't get it at all, but didn't spoil the movie anyways. I like the acting and the story.

My Netflix littel known gem recommendation is Clay Pigeons with Vince Vaughn and Joaquin Phoenix. Without giving away too much VV is ... menacing.

And in the same vein, but not quite as good, Lone Star with Chris Cooper and Kris Kristofferson.
