At least Wolverine was a fan favorite in the comics and the 90s show. But mystique? That's blatantly a case of star power over content

I think that in the third X-men film, they warped the Jean Grey storyline so that Hugh Jackman/Wolverine could have a greater presence. Not as prevalent or blatant as what they did with Jennifer Lawrence, but still greatly influenced by star power IMO.

While I love seeing Jennifer Lawrence naked as much as anyone. They really need to get her out of this ****ing series.

So not only are we getting Mystique shoved down our throats, but we're getting human Mystique (which is completely out of character...for the character) because she doesn't like the makeup.

When you have an oscar win multiple nomination, and you are the star of a couple billion dollar franchises you get that kind of power.

Sinister should have his own movie.

Perhaps you missed the part about it being completely out of character for Mystique. I don't give a **** whether she's in Hunger Games or not.

Mystique running around as a human the majority of the time is the equivalent of Magneto suddenly deciding mutants and humans can co-exist, or for that matter Professor X suddenly deciding the opposite.

I thought they made him a movie a few years back, I was sadly disappointed.

Was weird that it was a horror movie for 95% then cyclops showed up at the end and blasted him. Definitely weird.

JLaw saying "Let's go to war" as if it's a rom-com line "let's go to Denny's" really deflated the feeling of that trailer. SMDH. Otherwise, looking strong. Like the realization of Apocalypse and hopefully he gets more screen time than JLaw if her contract allows.

I did not realize that Sansa was in this as Jean Grey. Interesting.

Trailer didn't do much for me. Feels like they went too over-the-top with the CG, which almost ALWAYS takes me out of a movie. Maybe it will look better as the finished product.
