I thought it was really well done, it could have easily been cheapened and cliche but Reitman really has the smart dramedy format nailed down. Im not a Clooney fan really but he was great in this role. The realism of the people being fired was pretty gripping... Danny McBride in a semi serious role for once was refreshing.
