Ehhh I'm actually excited about this movie. It could be a good popcorn flick. When I think about it being the fourth Mummy movie, I get scared. Rachel Weiss is a babe. She rocked in The Shape of Things with Paul Rudd.
^ yeah, the shape of things has been one of my favorite most underrated movies in this lifetime. I still wonder what she whispered to rudd, while they were in bed? I even attended the play, hoping i would find out.grrrr no one has ever looked sexier in a guevara shirt.
That mystery line is so potent. It totally does what some good horror films do when they never show you the monster. I went and saw it recently at the City Theatre in Austin. Live theatre is great. The coolest part was when 'Adam' came and sat next to me for the exhibition scene at the end. She's cranking the vise on his soul and I can see the pores on his nose, for crying out loud. Better than HD. By far. I was given that last scene to do in a class I took last year, so I got a huge kick out of seeing someone else do it. I have to take Adams side on the big question of the play. I'll bet all guys would. 'Evaline' is the most cold-hearted b**** of an antagonist bc she's a caricature of a girl most people have probably dated. And Rudd is the man.
this one looks VERY VERY good. they're goignm to have kungfu/sword fighting in it too, i see. jet li looks young and man, this movie looks good. that girl michelle yeoh or w/e is in it too. special effcts look good. DEFINITELY worth going to the movies for. I'm IN!
btw, what ever happened with Jet Li saying he isn't doing movies anymore? or something... I'm down to watch it, it is what it is, a popcorn, summer flick. I just have a hard time seeing Brandon Frazier stand a chance with Jet Li.
Michelle Yeoh...isn't interesting anymore. How about some Zhang Ziyi. If she was in it, I'd watch it.
I am waiting for someone to really up the comedy factor of this. Like, have a summer camp teen sex farce, where the cloud of arrows special effects happens at an archery lesson. Or have a cop movie, where they're at the firing range, and suddenly a cloud of arrows appears and destroys all the targets. Or like...
and 43987504 arrows are shot into the air and come down ripping some dude's polo shirt to shreds because he has his collar popped and looks like a douchebag.
I gotta disagree with you mate. After watching her in Definitely Maybe, I thought she looked as good as ever. She hasn't lost a thing and still looked hot to trot in that movie.
really? maybe its because I thought Isla Fisher and Elizabeth Banks looked much hotter in the movie. I thought she looked the hottest in About A Boy
