[Movie] Superman Reboot

The last Superman wasn't an origin story.

 

I'm just tired of another Lex Luthor villain. I want to see some super galactic being smashing heads with man of super.

Yeah, they haven't done a big screen Superman origin story since 1978.

 

Wow, that looks pretty good. I'm feeling the score. Looking forward to seeing it with TDKR!

 

How can you tell it looked good? You can't see anything. The camera is too far away.

 

I could see enough just fine.

 

The teaser looks good. Hopefully it will follow in the footstep of the Batman reboot.

 

Superman needed a reboot. Superman Returns was just terrible. The original Superman movie is 30 yrs old.

The Man of Steel teaser soundtrack is from The Thin Red Line also by Hans Zimmer who will be doing the new soundtrack for Superman.

The trailer looks better than the last Superman reboot. It has a similiar feel to JJ Abrams Star Trek trailer. A lost man with father issues trying to find his way that will save the world.

 

I think they lifted dialogue from Batman Begins. Not sure. Amy Adams just seems miscast. She's a terrific actress with great range but just seems a bit to "working class" "blue collar" for Lois Lane.

I preferred the Russel Crowe voice over but I would have like the more EPIC Comic Con version.

Is it Tree of Life with Superman? Eh, it's just a teaser so it's not going to change my opinion that this Superman movie will finally get it right.

 

Getting more Christopher Nolan from this than Zack Snyder. Bodes well.

 

im excited for this movie but the teaser trailer they released with rises was a super pos...what a nuclear man of a trailer.

 

How do you guys feel about Snyder being in charge of this? And how much input does Nolan have in this movie?
