That's what I've gleaned from the trailers anyway. I think the strength lies in how they fill in with the new characters and bring back the old. Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver are getting very good reviews, and they say the humor and action are excellent, so....I'll go with it.
So for from the spoiler free impressions, its worlds beyond the prequals. You actually care about the characters and they actually have wit and are not cardboard cutouts. Lucas's range of comedy is jar jar binks and fart noises. So far, most mpressions are that at the very least it's the best Star Wars since ESB.

He's usually pretty good at not getting caught up in the moment and is pretty damn objective. He absolutely loves the new characters. Where he sold me was when he stated that that the Force Awakens is a great movie even if it wasn't tied to Star Wars. The prequals soley relied on the Star Wars universe to be watchable. BTW, the review is spoiler free. Any information about the plot he gives can be derived from the trailers. So it's spoiler free unless you didn't watch the trailers. He confirms that Luke is in the film but that's it, but we already knew that. We just don't have any clue in what context or how long he's in it.
Theater or some ****ty cam rip? If it was a cam/bootleg, you are really doing yourself a disservice and giving a skewed review as movies like this are meant to be seen in a theater.
Probably 2/3. Was even one dude with a remote controlled full size R2. One thing I enjoy about Star Wars premieres. The cinema security were even dressed up as stormtroopers.
Somebody compared it to more of an Indiana Jones feel to it. I certainly hope they weren't talking about that "Crystal Skull" version of Indiana Jones.
Will watch it next week probably and wait until the crow dies down a bit. I hate standing in long lines. I think everyone else is busy fapping.

I think Alamo Drafthouse added several shows (at least at my location in San Antonio) I was just able to get tickets for 6 pm tomorrow, and I had my pick of seats, only like 5 tickets had sold so far.
It's because people are avoiding this thread in case of spoilers. I am officially out of here until tomorrow as well, no more peeking in here.
I'm looking forward to seeing the movie but damn am I looking forward to the end of the hype. I'm going to be very glad to see the end of things like Dodge and Target Star Wars themed commercials.
