very cool man, thanks for the link, might show it to my wife, she hadn't seen it and I didn't feel like paying to see it again.
Is it just me or was this movie kinda of lame? I mean there were like two scary parts but other then that kinda boring. And the ending was dreadful. Made me happy I didn't pay for that bull****.
Maybe its just me but the ending sent chills on my back. That was actually the scary part. I didn't think the movie was overall really that scary, if more, funny.
about the original ending: Spoiler Man, I *knew* something was off with the way the movie ended in the theater!! I found it so bizarre that after the entire movie is built around not actually seeing the demon or any real action, BOOM, here comes the guy flying into the camera. I told my buddy that saw the movie with me that I was really surprised we saw the guy dead at the end. I also thought the way they made her look like a monster was a little out of place with the rest of the movie as well.
Just finished watching the 2007 original after downloading. Booooooring! What a waste of 2 hours. If we could have seen her t*tties it would have made up for this crap. SHOW THOSE HUGE TATA'S!
^ lol I thought they would, since most horror films do! I saw it last night, the ending was probably the really only part that scared me, there was actually alot of funny moments in the movie..
Correction Pete, most horror films in the eighties did. You don't get a whole of that action in horror flicks these days. Tear.
Spoiler I disagree, it didn't seem to fit and felt forced. I felt like it was there just for a lot of audience members wouldn't feel like it was a waste. It would be like taking a political thriller and throwing in an explosion in the last scene because the rest was slow. I think it would've worked better if she just moved towards the camera with a creepy look on her face. I really would've liked it if she just came upstairs alone and bloody and the camera either turned off or stopped recording. I didn't make the movie though. Just ideas that I thought could've made it a lot better.
I'm noticing half the people that watches it says its scary and half says its not. Dunno. Depends on the person I guess.
Just saw it. Definitely tense but not "scary". Not even close, really. Scary movies linger with me for a while, and this doesn't have that effect at all. What's funny is that it turns out my gf and her little brother both thought the footage was real ( ) until I told them otherwise as we left the theater. First of all I can't see how anyone would ever think that was real, and second, I'm sure the movie is a lot better if you. That's why I waited until it was over to break the news. And yeah, the girl wasn't that great looking but the purple top she had on in the kitchen was boner-inducing.
