Looks like it made another $36 mil this weekend (its sixth), and now sits at $552 mil domestic. No way it doesn't pass Titanic now ($600 mil). it's also at $1.83 billion worldwide (Titanic made $1.84 billion)
Damn I still haven't seen this mega of a movie yet.. For those who have seen it, is the imax 3d movie uses glasses??
Yes. They are different from the real3D glasses. I just saw it yesterday and was skeptical going in... it was worth it, and I'll probably see it again.
He could tell the studios he wants to make a live action/3D animated, 5-hour War and Peace and they'd agree.
Just saw it. 3D-Imax Let's just say I haven't felt like this from a movie since Jurassic Park when i was a kid. I didn't want the movie to end.
I was going to bump this thread today. Its been a few weeks since I have seen it (went 3 times) and I have to admit, I still keep thinking about it. I don't think there has been a movie that has remained this prominent in my mind for this long. I want to see it again. Since that time I have been listening to the soundtrack and and re-living the experience again and again in my mind.
finally saw it...wanted the crowds to die down. I must say, I was very impressed. Just absolutely stunning visually...I saw it real3d. I'd like to see it on imax 3 d...is edwards Marque on I10 good? I hearing people saw some imax was not the "real" imax.
funny little side note...after the movie, as i drove home, i kept thinking "man, it's kind of dull outside"
