Man Jr. carries these movies. They are just flat out fun. Give me 3 more at least, not including Avengers.
Saw it earlier today, really enjoyed it. 2 questions- What was the song playing at the end credits? 2- I dont know if this was just at my theater or something, but did anyone else find it really weird how they just cut out from the final scene to stick that other clip (thats usually at the end of the credits) on at the end of the movie before the credits rolled? sorry if that sounds confusing.
NSFW. contains scarlett's pics Spoiler just kidding. actually its some spoilers Spoiler regarding the chest plate poisoning him, discovering his dad's model plans, n then making that new property, i thought that was a waste of time. youre the superhero in a superhero movie, obviously the audience knows youre not gonna be killed by poison, why play that out? if they intended to show his relationship with his dad, they couldve made more flashback scenes showing the 2 characters. just annoyed me when they spent time on that n i realized that was half the plot. not enough mickey rourke. n the final battle was way too short. maybe it was a central plot in the comics n they wanted to stay true to that. if it is, forget this post.
Just saw it like two hours ago. The sound went off during the first few minutes of the film and they weren't sure when it would come back. So I had to waste another 40 mins for the next showing, but luckily they refunded our money and the film itself was good. Ohh and man Scarlett Johanson's character was hot...
I read somewhere that this movie takes place at the end of the incredible hulk, and when Tony is talking to Nick Fury at the shield's office or whatever in the background you can see the news reporting on the TV when Hulk was fighting that dude outside. This is interesting cause Tony made a appearance after the credits in the incredible hulk.
Didn't like what they did to Hammer? Meh... I think you meant to say you didn't like what they did to Ari Gold.
Good movie. It had some weak points but I think I liked it better than the first overall. I'm too lazy to put up a spoiler tag and elaborate on things I didn't like but I will say Don Cheadle (who I think is a good actor) cannot hold Terrence Howard's jockstrap as Rhodes. Howard was awesome in the first one and Cheadle is very forgettable in the same role.
Cheadle is the better actor but I feel what you are getting it. It didn't help that they didn't do much to develop their relationship in part 2. And whats up with Jon Favreau trying to put himself into the movie so much? Chill out with that tough guy.
