I like it just because I was disappointed that the Drago and Clubber Lang cameos were cut out of Rocky Balboa. Now we just need Mr. T to come back for a movie...
Looks promising and I really enjoyed Creed, so hopefully this continues that success. I still don't like that they went back to the original series for a familiar character. Let Creed stand on his own rather than righting the son of Drago. Still, I like the perspective in this one, Rocky telling him he has everything to lose like his father.
First movie was dope, I'm sold on basically anything MBJ is in at this point. I'm disappointed Coogler isn't the director though, that has me hesitant.
If you don't put things people have heard of in the movie it makes less money. The love story was completely tacked on and pointless in the first creed. If you edit those scenes out is basically a perfect movie. Hopefully they integrate it better in this one or make it have a point. I'm hopeful from the hospital scene. Sucks they got an instagram model to play a boxer when the first movie had Andre Ward.
It literally looks like they took scenes from the first one and stuck a guy with a Drago jacket at the end.

Isn't creed supposed to be a light heavyweight? I thought they were trying to be more realistic. How would he fight a guy that big.
You can't tell from the trailer, but it's not a boxing match. It's an instagram pose-off and Creed gets seriously injured!
