In terms of 3's... The Return of the King (Best of the series) I think the third movie in trilogies is usually bad when the director changes. So in Batman's case we are good to go. Can't wait.
I wish I could be one of the extras. Having done a lot of martial arts demos it would be fun to do something like that for a movie. For those criticizing the action based on this keep in mind this is an unedited and likely just rehersal fight shot from a distance.
Why is there so much panic going around. I'd bet a cool million on Nolan to finish the trilogy the way it's intended. With a BANG. Here you go: Spoiler
I'm probably in the minority but if that were the case then they should have just recast the Joker. It most likely would not have been up to par with Heat Ledger's but at least the trilogy would finish with Batman's most famous enemy. I'm sure Nolan and co. would have been able to find a decent actor to play him and I'm sure Nolan would still be able to make it a good movie and story.

spoilers would be nice for pictures like that. Then again, i guess this entire thread is one big spoiler...guess i should just stay out of it all together from now on since it's only going to get worse

Given Heath Ledger's death Nolan et al, probably felt it was too soon to cast someone else as the Joker. It would become too much of a distraction as most attention on the movie would be focused on comparing whoever they cast versus Heath Ledger. We probably won't see another Joker until the next time the franchise is rebooted.
When I finally see the movie its going to be hard for me to not suspend my belief knowing that these winter scenes were shot when it was about 90 degrees.

He told CineMovie: 'So many people love him and when you step into that role - you are going to fail. And be judged.' Hardy previously admitted that he didn't need asking twice when director Christopher Nolan came calling while he was shooting This Means War. He told Total Film: ‘Hang on a minute. You’re asking me to come round the world with you in a Batman movie, playing a villain, and the only downside to it is I have to wear a mask? Hmmm, let me think. I’ll get back to you… "No, I’m f***ing there, man! Anything you need."' Hardy, who will next be seen in Warrior, also said he was 'excited' to play Bane because he thought he was 'f***ing cool'. Christian Bale reprises his role as Batman while Gary Oldman, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard also star in film. The Dark Knight Rises is set to be released on July 20, 2012.
