*forehead slap* Looks like you beat me by two minutes. Bringing in the 70s motif was brilliant. I think this will be the new wave in trailer recuts (like recutting 'The Shining' trailer as a comedy).
I'm glad you fellas have bumped this thread, albeit with your pitiful little trailers about some movie. The end is near and you guys want bread and circuses...great. We'll all be entertained when you're thrown to lions like so much popcorn and raisinets at the theaters you once frequented. And when the great courier arrives you'll find that John Doe has the upper-hand now. Your fateful day approaches...wait for it....waaiiiittt for it.
That's right, Max. Keep mocking it. <center><object width="300" height="200"> <param name="movie" value="http://www.2012supplies.com/countdown3.swf"> <embed src="http://www.2012supplies.com/countdown3.swf" width="300" height="200"> </embed> </object><br><a href="http://www.official2012countdown.com"> Official2012Countdown.com</a></center>
Isn't this all just a bunch of hype for when the 2012 election results have been recounted and we find out that Palin defeats Obama?
I'm more worried about the fact that it's almost 12:34:56 7/8/9 .... well, in the US and the Central timezone, anyway. (thank you CNBC, for that random squirrely fact...)
This will be a movie you can just sit back and enjoy the ride even though we all know it's going to be a stupid movie. Everyone knows that Roland Emmerich is like Bay and like destroying up stuff. I would rather pay to watch this in theatres than any stupid 90210 teenage type movies.
yeah, i know what you mean. i've already reserved tickets through fandango and bought candy ahead of time for the whole fam.

The more I see, the more I think it's gonna be quite a bit of fun. ID4 was pure popcorn and beyond stupid...but who didn't like seeing the White House explode. And I actually liked Day After Tomorrow quite a bit. So if it's in that vein I might just have to watch.
I'll watch it for a bunch of reasons: Cusack Glover Maya 2012 thingy Special Effects Epic (lots of far/wide horizons shots) End of the world thingy And last but not least...dinner, beer, popcorn and candy at the Movie Tavern! (which is less than a mile away - hooya)
I thought about seeing this movie, but then I remembered I'm terrified of jet-ass propelled polar bears from space
Then you're really not prepared for the calendar year 2012, are you? When ROXRAN says he is prepared, I believe him. He is locked, loaded, and ready to maintain his cool when the jet-ass propelled alien polar bears, with hockey sticks, arrive.
