You want to start by finding a quiet area. First you must need to get your wind pipes exercised by bending over and bending up. Do this about 20 times.

I've had 2 bad cases for motion sickness this past 2 weeks...and another this past Saturday. I don't want to take the medical route because my body develops quick immunity to drugs so I only use those for emergency trips. Also my family has a long history of motion sickness and I think I've inherited all of the bad traits.

I've also gone to see doctors and I've gotten them all from pills to weird exercises that only got me sick.

So what do I do with the ginger? I hate ginger... so like ginger tea?

I don't understand the fan thing nor the wind pipes. More explanation?

aint no way i give up fapping

Do I do it before or during the trip? Or do I make it a habit to drinking lemon tea or something?

When I was a kid I used to have really bad motion sickness. The only thing that would help it was having a lemon and eating it like an orange almost lol. But I mean it obviously only worked after the motion sickness already started.

I think sitting in the front seat also helped prevent motion sickness.

Because in the years since (which happen to coincide with the age I started sitting in the front seats/driving) I have not had motion sickness in a car.
