    I wonder if the kid is listed as a dependent on their tax return? if so, parents should be investigated for tax fraud.

    The mother clearly has to have something wrong with her. I also don't see why the officers would actually arrest the kid. What would be different in a scenario where the kid asked first? "Oh you asked so go right ahead!"
