Ime's decisions never have anything to do with earning anything. Amen would still be coming off the bench for Brooks and Smith without an injury forcing him to start. That's why to get Ime to do the right thing, sometimes you have to force him to do it just like other high profile coaches in the past.
JSJ is not getting his starting spot back. It’s likely a 9 man rotation the rest of the year with Bari, Whitmore, Tari and Adams coming off of the bench.

I don’t get the wait till the summer to strike a trade. The Rockets are 2nd in the West now. But they don’t have enough firepower even if Jabari comes back and Tari gets healthy. OKC seems to be a tier above. So that means make a trade, upgrade to a star level player and compete now, these chances don’t come often!
Jock and Tate are low hanging fruit. There is no doubt more significant guys will be gone too. Ain't no way they will run every rotation player back. The rest of the season and playoffs will reveal a lot.
