Figure Skating Curling I hate a bunch of the x games. the only x games events i like is skateboarding street, "street", and vert.
Pro wrestling is entertainment although the promoters of it will try to tell you that it is sports entertainment . Dog fighting is obscenely cruel to me and people involved with it should be castrated. As for other sports, I dislike ice hockey, NASCAR, boxing (although I used to like it), and golf (even though it is cool to play, it is just hell to watch it). My rankings of the sports that I like to watch are: 1) College Football 2) NFL 3) MLB 4) NBA 5) College Basketball 6) College Baseball 7) Men's Tennis 8) Track & Field
hate: 1. golf(how they have an entire channel dedicated to this I'll never figure out) 2. baseball 3. ice skating 4. Nascar 5. track and field type stuff 6. bowling 7. hockey 8. boxing like: 1. NFL 2. NBA 3. all other basketball 4. all other football 5. volley ball 6. sumo wrestling 7. tennis 8. soccer WWE shouldn't be listed under sports at all. Nor should crap with animals.
Dog Fighting sucks. **** fighting is more fulfilling and entertaining. Ask Roy Jones junior. **** fighting is an underground sport that needs to make it into the mainstream.
I absolutely cannot stand baseball. Its beyond boring. Soccer is a close second to baseball in terms of sheer boredom. NASCAR and Golf are really not even sports. WNBA is definitely not a sport. I love: NBA Cricket NFL
There are several things on that list that are not sports. I don't consider WWE, Bullfighting, or dogfighting a sport.
Well darn. I guess I'll never talk about racing around any of y'all. I'm gonna catch a bunch of crap just for liking NASCAR, let alone talk about it openly!
Gater, I think alot of people's infatuation with golf has to do with a couple of different things. For me personally, golf is the most challenging sport I have ever played (and frustrating). Its a VERY hard game to learn and have success in. One day you shoot an 80 and the next, a 110. Just when you think you have the game figured out, you are brought back down to earth by double bogeys all day. As far as watching it, I really can't. I do tune into to all the majors and watch some of those, but could never tune in all day or all weekend long and not change the channel Overall, I like golf because of the challenge, but mostly, I like the scenery part of it. There are not many sports that you can play and drink beer at the same time.
I saw Jesse James soup up a clean '71 El Camino for a figure 8 race on Monster Garage...Man, I almost cried when I saw them tear apart that car... With the latest Astros choke job, baseball is rising on my list of disliked sports... I hear that competitive fishing might be the next "new wave" sport
Shut up. You are so trying to save face. You knew about this previously.... think of it like a pre-existing condition.... like Alzheimers or something.... Just gets worse....
i used to like baseball, but they slowed the game down too much, its excruciating to watch now. golf is a fun game to play, but not to watch unless its really close. as far as new sports goes, slamball is a lot of fun. so was ultimate fighting before they instilled all those new rules. i have a friend i used to train with trying out for it. It takes more skill and brawn than any sport i can think of.
Well just so you know ahead of time, I like basketball and the Rockets. Consider yourself forewarned.
I thought it was cool how he wasn't afraid to pedal down throught the intersection - even at the cost of the car. I used to hate going to those and everyone was looking/braking before crossing. I came to see wrecks! Sorry...but it was the truth
Hey, I love the WWE, but of course it isn't a sport. It takes athleticism, sure, but it's not a competition. Not too sure why people hate it so much, as it's essentially a live version of "Rocky" played out twice a week. Ha ha, ok, maybe slightly sillier at times. I don't understand how some of these others could be considered "sports" either.
Hate: 1. Cheerleading contests (the music alone will kill you) 2. Fitness championships (they are in good shape....big deal) 3. bodybuilding contests (the women look like men....too creepy) These must be sports, because I see them on ESPN2 all the time.
He he... I'm just glad cycling didn't make the list. Probably because it never, ever "gets in the way" except when Lance is racing in the Tour de France and then it's okay because it's just highlights and he's an American sports hero with a terrific comeback story. BTW, Lance's teammate, Roberto Heras, just won the Tour of Spain (Vuelta a Espana). Roberto was instrumental in helping Lance get over the mountains during the Tour.
yea Major LEAGUE MEANS you have the best players in the world playing in that league, ex. Major League Baseball, NBA, NFL, NHL, all these organizations have the best players in the world and people try desperately to get in these leagues. Not the MLS , nobody wants to play there. How dare they call themselves Major league soccer.
